Where can I find accommodation prices?
After selecting Check prices in the upper right corner, you will have the option of selecting the desired destination, the property (hotel, resort, or campsite) you are interested in, the period, and the number of guests who will be staying at the property, then press the Book now button, which will take you to the information on accommodation prices.
How will I know that my booking has been confirmed?
If you guarantee your booking with a credit card, then your booking is confirmed instantly. If you have opted to pay by bank transfer, your booking is pending until the payment is received on Maistra’s account. In both cases, you will receive a booking confirmation to your email address.
Which properties have internet access?
Access to the internet is available in all properties. Wireless internet access is available. Some properties have partial wireless internet signal coverage.
Distance of electricity and water to the pitch / camping place
All pitches and camping places have an electric hook-up. The maximum distance of the cabinet for the electric hook-up is 20 m. The water taps are located not far from the pitches. Certain Superior type pitches have water and sewer hook-ups.
Are the displayed prices per room or per person?
The prices are per accommodation unit. Depending on the property, the price may include breakfast, half-board, or daily rent without a meal plan.
